Are all hardware products brand new and authentic?
Yes, we only sell brand new, factory-sealed hardware sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and authorized distributors.
How fast do you ship after payment?
We typically dispatch in-stock units within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and product availability.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination. Simply enter your postal code/ZIP to see the exact cost. Please note that duties and taxes are set by your local authority and aren't included in our pricing. We declare the full value and correct HS codes for customs.
Is warranty included with the products?
Most hardware products include a manufacturer warranty (typically 180–365 days; varies by model and manufacturer). RunWells does not provide an independent warranty, but we'll assist with RMA submissions and warranty claims as needed.
Which payment methods are supported?
We accept Cryptocurrency and Bank Transfer (Wire). We do not accept cash or credit/debit cards at this time. Always verify payment details on your official invoice or by emailing info@runwells.com.
How do I track or confirm my order?
You'll receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, factory-sealed products in original packaging. Products must be unused and in resalable condition. Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
